Senior Specialist, AML at Bitpanda in Berlin, Germany. **What you'll do** - Deputise for the AMLO and manage regulatory reporting with BaFin, FIU, and auditors. - Maintain compliance with German GwG, BaFin guidance, MiCAR, MiFID, and EU regulations. - Design, execute, and test second-level AML controls and track audit findings. - Manage high-risk compliance, including PEPs, sanctions escalations, and Source of Funds assessments. **What they're looking for** - 3–6 years of hands-on AML/CFT experience in financial services, fintech, payments, or crypto. - Solid working knowledge of German GwG, BaFin expectations, FIU reporting, and EU regulations. - Experience as a deputy MLRO or senior analyst is ideal. **Details** - Location: Berlin, Germany - Type: Full-time
