Your Mission As a Payment Operations specialist you will be responsible for smooth day-to-day operations related to existing Nuvei Accounts products and products ready to be launched in the near future. You will play a critical role in ensuring effective processing of administrative/back-office tasks and top-notch communication with various banks, partners and customers. In addition, you will be involved in identifying issues and improving the banking processes and products. Key Responsibilities Overseeing payments cancellation requests logging and handling. Overseeing and executing refunds and returns. Overseeing smooth transaction processing in collaboration with and by assisting the Finance team. Helping to solve customers’ problems with payments and/or accounts. Collaborating with internal teams. Handling banks and partners’ requests. Overseeing SWIFT payments handling. Ensure timely and accurate review of complaints related to banking products. Creating and maintaining procedures relevant for the role. Identifying and reporting technical issues affecting product to the appropriate teams. Assisting with data analysis, reports and various testing. Undertaking any other duties as determined by the direct manager or the higher management line/body of the Company. Preferred Qualifications 1+ y of experience of working in the related operational areas or financial services. Knowledge or willingness to learn more about banking processes. Fluency in Lithuanian and English, both written and verbal. Effective communication skills to interact with both customers and internal teams. Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a focus on accuracy. High ethical standards, strong sense of responsibility & commitment to results. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
