Loan Originator - Netherlands

RiverBank is seeking experienced and strategic loan originators to join a high-performing Sales team pivotal to RiverBank’s growth ambitions in the Luxembourg, Dutch and French markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for originating loans from Dutch corporate and real estate customers, managing key client relationships, and supporting the team to deliver superior customer outcomes. You will also act as the Key Account Executive for our key clients and play a central role in shaping the bank’s origination and cross-selling capability. Primary Responsibilities - Build and maintain a network of clients and intermediaries for the Company's loans in the Netherlands (advisors, investors, banks); - Identify and develop new business opportunities for loan products; - Engage with prospective clients to understand their financial needs; - Generate a portfolio of high quality loans with Dutch borrowers; - Prepare and structure deals such that client needs match the Company’s risk appetite; - Build a network of co-investors and credit deposits in Netherlands; - Work with other Company teams towards closing of the loans sourced; - Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service; - Achieve and exceed sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis; - Provide regular sales reports and updates to management; and - Stay up-to-date with the latest loan products and market trends and feed back into the organisation. Proven track record in sales management and relationship management in Financial Services industry; - Ability to meet sales targets; - Self-starter; - Excellent interpersonal skills; - Excellent planning and organizing skills; - Excellent written and verbal communication skills; - Ability to deal with complex problems involving multiple facets and variables in non-standardized situations; - Show initiative, high energy and a desire to succeed, while demonstrating enthusiasm and passion to inspire employees throughout the organization; and - Microsoft Office Suite.
