**IT Support Lead at Rho in NYC** **What you'll do** - Serve as primary contact for employee IT support - Own device lifecycle management across macOS and Windows - Administer identity and SaaS systems - Manage NYC office IT infrastructure - Build and document IT processes and runbooks - Partner with Security, People, and Finance on access controls - Lead IT onboarding for new hires **What they're looking for** - 5+ years of IT support or operations experience - Hands-on expertise with macOS, Windows, MDM tools - Strong knowledge of Google Workspace, Slack, and SaaS - Experience managing office IT infrastructure - Excellent troubleshooting skills - Clear communication and documentation skills - Ability to work on-site 5 days per week **Details** - Location: NYC - Type: full-time - Salary: Not specified
