Kharon is seeking a full-time AI Engineer, Retrieval & Agentic Systems based in Madrid. **What you'll do** - Own and evolve Corestream, Kharon's risk intelligence feed - Redesign and improve Kharon's semantic search capabilities - Integrate risk analysis outputs into the search layer - Drive evolution of Kharon's narrative generation pipeline **What they're looking for** - Interest or experience in global security, financial crimes, sanctions - 3+ years in Data Science or AI Engineering role - Hands-on experience with semantic search - Experience with RAG pipelines and agentic systems **Details** - Location: Madrid, Madrid, Spain (Hybrid) - Type: Full Time - Salary: null
