**Accounting Manager, GL Operations & Intercompany at Coinbase (Remote - USA)** **What you'll do** - Own end-to-end month-end and quarter-end close processes across global entities - Lead global intercompany operations including billing, cash settlements, and transfer pricing - Drive SOX-compliant internal controls across GL operations and intercompany processes - Execute strategic GL projects including M&A integration and ERP enhancements **What they're looking for** - CPA with 6+ years of experience in accounting or finance, including 2+ years managing direct reports - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SOX 404 - Experience with multi-entity intercompany accounting processes and global consolidations - Proficiency in SQL and experience with analytics tools and ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) **Details** - Location: Remote - USA - Type: Not specified - Salary: Not specified
