Here, you'll have the opportunity to make a measurable impact - fast. If you're eager to shape the future of cross-border payments and financial services, join us as we transform how the world moves money. Product Manager, Pricing Delivery and Display We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead our Pricing Delivery and Display pod. This person will own strategy, product roadmap, and capabilities behind the user experience related to our digital pricing display surfaces across Money Transfer, Bill Pay, and International Bill Pay. These experiences are critical for customer acquisition, engagement and retention, with strong demand across the organization and a clear path to deliver impact. You’ll be responsible for optimizing our calculator-based user experience across multiple product lines through designing, executing and analyzing robust A/B tests. Additionally, this role owns the internal and externally facing APIs used for merchandising our pricing. This is a high-impact role with wide visibility and the opportunity to shape how MoneyGram merchandises our pricing to drive customer conversion and retention. You’ll join a growing product team that’s rethinking how we acquire, engage and retain customers across every touchpoint. This is an experimentation heavy role focused on optimizing the calculator for specific customer segments and differentiated product lines. What You’ll Own Pricing Delivery and Display • Design, execute and analyze a/b tests to optimize customer conversion and retention on calculators across multiple product lines. • Development of a product roadmap that is grounded on customer insights, metrics and performance data — balancing speed, scale and metric performance. • Partner with marketing and third party vendors to expand our Pricing Delivery APIs to cover new price merchandising use cases. • Accountable for product performance (output metrics) – such as calculator conversion. • Coordinate with key cross functional domains to deliver on product objectives and roadmap. What You Bring • 5–8+ years of product management experience, ideally focused on remittances or money movement products. • MBA or master’s degree a plus. • Proven success in optimizing product enhancements and experimentation with cross functional partners. Experience running a/b tests in Posthog a plus. • Experience partnering with engineering to deliver well designed APIs that directly meet customer needs. Experience working with developers as customers a plus. • Strong analytical skills — you ground product decisions in impact and can work across messy data and proxy signals. • Experience working on systems with high compliance, operational, or fraud considerations. • Comfortable with ambiguous problem spaces — able to move from zero-to-one with clarity and momentum. • Ability to zoom in and out: from customer experience details to long-term roadmap vision. • Excellent communicator and collaborator, especially across engineering, marketing, analytics, and operations. We’re looking for a product leader who can: • Connect the dots across customer insights, business needs, and technical feasibility. • Thrive in ambiguity and build structure where it doesn’t yet exist. • Balance speed with thoughtfulness — knowing when to test vs. when to scale. • Earn trust across stakeholders through clarity, ownership, and transparency.
