Head of Tax Strategy at SumUp in Sofia, Bulgaria. **What you'll do** - Lead the execution of tax strategy across corporate tax, transfer pricing, indirect tax, and emerging tax regimes - Translate strategic tax priorities into practical plans across the business and wider tax team - Act as a hands-on business partner on structuring, M&A, market expansion, and new product initiatives - Oversee and refine the Group’s transfer pricing framework and support major international tax topics like Pillar Two **What they're looking for** - Progressive tax experience in multinational environments, ideally across both in-house and advisory settings - Deep expertise in corporate tax and transfer pricing with exposure to cross-border structuring and M&A - Working knowledge of Pillar Two / GloBE, CbCR, and public CbCR - Proven experience leading tax teams and managing tax audits and controversies **Details** - Location: Sofia, Bulgaria
