Full-Stack Engineer (Backend)

At Lendbuzz, we believe financial opportunity should be more personalized and fair. We develop innovative technologies that provide underserved and overlooked borrowers with better access to credit. From our employees to our dealers, partners, and borrowers, we’ve built a company and a culture around a resolute belief in the promise and power of diversity. We value independent and critical thinking. We're looking for a backend-focused full-stack Software Engineer to build the high-quality, scalable backend systems behind our products, and to help shape the user experiences they power. You will play a key role in developing and scaling our in-house Operations team’s experience, owning features from design through deployment and collaborating closely with design, product, and backend teams to deliver scalable, high-performance systems. This is a full-stack role with about 70% focus on backend systems and a 30% focus on frontend.
